Property inspection

Owner-Managed Property With Tenant Placement

Fee of 1 full month's rent includes the following:.
  • Complete market analysis to determine fair market rental price
  • Property inspection
  • Photos of property for marketing on the Carolina MLS and additional websites
  • Set-up and scheduling of showing appointments
  • Feedback monitoring
  • Secure rental application
  • Complete credit and criminal background check
  • Review with property owners for final approval
  • Prepare and secure signatures on lease, maintenance agreement, move-in inspection, and all necessary addendums

Full-Service Property Management

Fee of one-half of first full month's rent for each newly signed lease plus 10% of each additional month's rent. Discounts may apply for multiple properties.

In addition to the above-listed services, full-service management includes:
  • Collection of monthly rents and handling of evictions
  • Handle all maintenance calls
  • Schedule repairs based on the individual agreement with each property owner
  • Monthly reporting and disbursement of proceeds to property owner (direct deposit/ACH available)
